摘 要:研究了退火温度对Fe-3.2%Si取向硅钢轧向和横向组织、织构及磁性能的影响。结果表明,当退火温度为850~1025℃时,样品未发生二次再结晶,主要织构为α~*织构和γ织构。当退火温度升高至1025~1050℃时,在样品轧向和横向近表面处优先发生二次再结晶,随退火温度升高晶粒迅速发生异常长大,在1050~1100℃时,整个样品全部完成二次再结晶,形成了单一Goss织构。退火温度为850~1025℃时,对应的B_(8)及P_(15/50)无明显变化,升温至1050℃时磁性能得到了明显改善,且在1050℃保温1 h时,磁性能最佳,沿轧向B_(8)为1.92 T、P_(15/50)为1.40 W/kg、相对磁导率为1.17×10^(4)、矫顽力为36.70 A/m;沿横向B_(8)为1.35 T、P_(15/50)为3.50 W/kg、相对磁导率和矫顽力分别为531.75和77.51 A/m。Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of Fe-3.2%Si oriented silicon steel in rolling direction and transverse direction was studied.The results show that when the annealing temperature is 850-1025℃,the specimen does not undergo secondary recrystallization,and the main textures are α^(*) texture andγtexture.When the annealing temperature rises to 1025-1050℃,the secondary recrystallization takes place preferentially near the surface of the specimen in the rolling direction and transverse direction,and the grain grows abnormally rapidly with the increase of annealing temperature.At 1050-1100℃,the whole specimen is fully secondary recrystallized,forming a single Goss texture.When the annealing temperature is 850-1025℃,the corresponding magnetic inductances B_(8) and P_(15/50)have no obvious changes,but the magnetic properties are obviously improved when the temperature is raised to 1050℃,and when kept at 1050℃for 1 h,the magnetic properties are the best,with B_(8) of 1.92 T along the rolling direction,P_(15/50)of 1.40 W/kg,relative permeability of 1.17×10^(4) and coercivity of 36.70 A/m.In the transverse direction,B_(8) is 1.35 T,P_(15/50)is 3.50 W/kg,and the relative permeability and coercivity are 531.75 and 77.51 A/m,respectively.
