摘 要:利用OM、SEM、EDS等技术,对风电齿轮箱用42CrMo钢锻件表面的亮白色斑点状偏析进行观察分析。结果表明,锻件表面的亮白色斑点偏析为回火贝氏体。这是由于42CrMo钢钢锭存在成分偏析,锻造后呈条状和斑点状贝氏体偏析;经常规锻后热处理(正火+高温回火)后,成分未均匀化,贝氏体偏析演变为聚集的颗粒状Cr、Mo碳化物偏析;再经调质处理后,组织转变为回火索氏体基体上存在着大小不一、分布不均的回火贝氏体。Bright white spot segregation on the surface of 42CrMo steel forgings used in wind turbine gearbox was observed and analyzed by OM,SEM,EDS and other technologies.The results show that the bright white spots segregating on the surface of the forging are tempered bainite.This is due to the existence of composition segregation of the 42CrMo steel ingot,which shows strip and spot bainite segregation after forging.After conventional post-forging heat treatment(normalizing+high temperature tempering),the chemical composition is not homogenized,and the bainite segregation evolves into aggregated granular Cr and Mo carbide segregation.After further quenching and tempering treatment,the microstructure is tempered bainite with varying sizes and uneven distribution in the tempered sorbite matrix.
