摘　　要：肌内效贴技术采用特殊弹性贴布、经特定方法贴扎于体表,通过力学及神经生理学效应实现保护肌肉骨骼系统、促进运动功能恢复或其他治疗目的,目前已广泛应用于康复医学和运动医学领域,在肌肉骨骼系统、神经系统和淋巴系统疾患的治疗与康复中有重要价值,但鲜有其在肿瘤内科的应用报道或经验分享。多学科综合治疗是目前恶性肿瘤治疗方案的发展趋势,肿瘤患者的症状管理、功能保护及生活质量改善愈发得到重视,本文分享笔者团队在肿瘤患者常规内科治疗中应用肌内效贴改善患者不适症状的临床经验,为该技术临床应用提供新的视野。The Kinesio Taping technique involves the use of special elastic tape applied to the body surface through specific methods,achieving protection of the musculoskeletal system,promotion of motor function,or other therapeutic purposes through mechanical and neurophysiological effects.It has been widely used in the fields of rehabilitation medicine and sports medicine and holds substantial value in the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal,nervous system,and lymphatic system disorders.However,there are few reports or experience sharing on its application in medical oncology.Multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment is the current development trend in malignant tumor treatment plans.Furthermore,symptom management,functional protection,and quality of life improvement of oncology patients are increasingly valued.This article shares the clinical experience of our team in using Kinesio Taping to alleviate discomfort symptoms in oncology patients during routine internal treatment,providing a new perspective for the clinical application of this technique.
