摘  要:高校学报编辑的身份焦虑一直与编辑职业化进程相生相伴。随着出版业向专业化、规范化发展,学报编辑要适应新的工作内容并受其制度约束,而高校体制赋予其的学者身份和学术评价权力,又使其很难完全脱离学术共同体彻底职业化。学报编辑的学术背景对其职业化的影响有利有弊。编辑本身的职业属性和社会作用,以及其在出版工作中的无可替代性,决定了其必然向职业方向发展。高校学报应从顶层设计入手,专注于更科学的编辑队伍配置,着重培养职业编辑的核心素养和综合能力,以适应日益变化的学术出版样态。The identity anxiety of college journal editors has always been accompanied by the professionalization process of editors.With the professionalization and standardization of the publishing industry,journal editors need to adapt to new job responsibilities and be subject to institutional constraints.However,the scholar identity and academic evaluation power granted by the university system make it difficult for them to completely break away from the academic community and become fully professional.The academic background of journal editors has both advantages and disadvantages on their professionalization.The professional attributes and social role of editors themselves,as well as their irreplaceability in publishing work,determine that they will inevitably develop towards a professional direction.University journals should start with top-level design,focus on more scientific allocation of editorial teams,and emphasize the cultivation of core competencies and comprehensive abilities of professional editors to adapt to the increasingly changing academic publishing landscape.
