摘  要:通过在极端条件下进行长期腐蚀实验、多组pH过滤环境通量实验、多种类加工液通量实验,揭示以SiC、Al_(2)O_(3)、钛合金为代表的3种陶瓷无机膜对水基、油基切削液的过滤特性。完成3种陶瓷无机膜所得过滤样液理化性质的分类及检测,分析陶瓷无机膜对切削液的作用条件,探究陶瓷无机膜过滤过程中通量稳定性的变化规律及切削液过滤结果的回用价值,得到最满足实际切削液过滤条件的过滤介质。实验结果表明:SiC陶瓷无机膜在水基切削液的回用方面更具优势,Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷无机膜则更适用于油基切削液的过滤与回用。Long-term corrosion tests under extreme conditions,multi-group pH filtration environmental flux experiments,a variety of processing fluid flux experiments were performed,to explore the filtration performance of SiC,Al_(2)O_(3),titanium alloy ceramic inorganic membranes on water-based and oil-based cutting fluid.The classification and test of physical and chemical properties of the filter samples obtained from the three inorganic ceramic membranes were completed,the action conditions of inorganic membranes on cutting fluids were analyzed,the filter media that was closest to the actual cutting fluid filtration conditions was obtained,the change rule in the flux stability during ceramic inorganic membranes filtration process and reuse value of the cutting fluid filtration results were explored.The experimental results show that SiC ceramic inorganic membranes have more advantages in the reuse of water-based cutting fluid,while Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic inorganic membranes are more suitable for the filtration and reuse of oil-based cutting fluid.
