摘 要:在救援钻机等深孔钻探装备中,长直钻杆表现出明显的柔性特征,研究其在钻进过程中运动学与动力学特性对提高钻进效率和成孔质量具有重要意义。选取总长度为100 m的长直钻杆为研究对象,建立动力头、钻杆、钻头及孔壁三维模型,采用ANSYS对钻杆进行柔性化建模,使用ADAMS对钻杆进行刚柔替换并建立柔性钻杆的动力学仿真模型,对钻头未接触孔底及接触孔底建立钻压两阶段进行动力学仿真,分析柔性钻杆运动学及动力学特性。研究结果表明:深孔长直钻杆表现出较为明显的柔性特征,两阶段状态下均会产生弯曲变形并与孔壁发生间歇碰撞接触,且越靠近钻杆下端,碰撞接触程度越剧烈。In deep hole drilling equipment such as rescue drilling rigs,the long straight drill rod exhibits obvious flexible characteristics.Studying their kinematic and dynamic characteristics during the drilling process is of great significance for improving drilling efficiency and drilling quality.Selecting a 100 m long straight drill rod as the research object,a 3D model of the power head,drill rod,drill head and hole wall was established.The drill rod was modeled flexibly in ANSYS,the ADAMS was used to replace the drill rod with rigid and flexible components,and a dynamic simulation model of the flexible drill rod was established.The drill head was simulated in two stages,including the noncontacting bottom hole and contacting bottom hole with drilling pressure.The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the flexible drill rod were analyzed.The research results indicate that long straight drill rods exhibit significant flexibility characteristics,bending deformation occurs in both two stages,leading to intermittent collisions with the hole wall,and the closer it is to the lower end of the drill rod,the more intense the collision contact is.
