摘 要:首先通过室内试验对半柔性沥青混合料的材料特性、级配设计及路用性能进行研究,然后依托工程实际对灌浆式半柔性沥青路面的施工要点进行分析,研究结果表明:基体沥青混合料的空隙率控制在20%左右,水泥浆体的水灰比控制在0.5,砂灰比控制在0.2以下时,混合料的配合比最优;半柔性沥青混合料的动稳定度远大于1000,车辙深度小于1 mm,随着温度的增加,动稳定度逐渐降低,车辙深度先增加后趋于平缓,60℃是混合料温度敏感性急剧变化的关键点;半柔性沥青混合料的浸水残留稳定度大于75%,且随着温度升高先增加后减少,45℃时达到峰值。This paper studied the material characteristics,gradation design,and road performance of the semi-flexible asphalt mixture by indoor tests,and analyzed the key construction points of the grouted semi-flexible asphalt pavement based on actual projects.The results showed that the mix ratio of the mixture was optimal when the void ratio of the matrix asphalt mixture was controlled at around 20%,the water-cement ratio of the cement paste was controlled at 0.5,and the sand-cement ratio was controlled at below 0.2.The semi-flexible asphalt mixture's dynamic stability was far over 1000 and the rutting depth was less than 1 mm;with the increasing temperature,the dynamic stability gradually decreased,while the rutting depth first increased and then tended to be stable;60℃was the key point of the sharp change in the temperature sensitivity of the mixture.The Marshall stability of the semi-flexible asphalt mixture was over 75%,first increasing and then decreasing with the increase in temperature,peaking at 45℃.
