摘　　要：长期负性情绪积累加速认知老化,与轻度认知功能障碍、阿尔茨海默症的发生有关。空间导航为日常生活所需的高级认知功能,空间导航策略包括参照自我导航策略、参照环境导航策略,参照环境导航策略的脑区如海马等易受认知老化的影响。轻度认知功能障碍、阿尔茨海默症患者甚至出现参照自我导航能力损伤。传统方法如神经心理学量表、现实导航任务行为学可定量评估个体的空间导航能力,但缺乏对导航过程中脑加工机制的深入探讨。事件相关电位是一种特殊的脑诱发电位,可反映认知过程中大脑的神经电生理变化,时间分辨率高,是研究空间导航等脑认知加工机制的重要工具。本研究就空间导航的概念、策略、老化机制,长期负性情绪积累对空间导航老化的影响、事件相关电位在空间导航老化评价中作用的研究进展作一综述。Accumulation of long-term negative emotions accelerates cognitive aging and is related to the occurrence of mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease.Spatial navigation is an advanced cognitive function required in daily life.Spatial navigation strategies include egocentric navigation strategy and allocentric navigation strategy.Brain regions such as the hippocampus for allocentric navigation strategy are easily affected by cognitive aging.Patients with mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease even show impairment in egocentric navigation ability.Traditional methods such as neuropsychological scales and real-world navigation task behavioristics can quantitatively evaluate an individual's spatial navigation ability,but lack in-depth discussion of the brain processing mechanism during navigation.Event-related potentials(ERP)are a special kind of brain evoked potential that can reflect the neuroelectrophysiological changes of the brain during cognitive processes.With high temporal resolution,ERP is an important tool for studying brain cognitive processing mechanisms such as spatial navigation.This paper reviews the research progress of the concept,strategy,and aging mechanism of spatial navigation,the influence of long-term accumulation of negative emotions on the aging of spatial navigation,and the role of ERP in the evaluation of spatial navigation aging.
