摘　　要：目的分析2014-2023年我国脑卒中一级预防研究领域的文献研究现状,了解研究热点与前沿,为促进脑卒中的预防工作提供参考。方法以检索式“(主题:‘脑卒中’+‘脑梗死’+‘脑出血’)AND(主题:‘一级预防’)”在中国知网学术期刊库与博硕论文库进行检索,文献时间范围为2014年1月1日-2023年12月31日。用CiteSpace 5.5.R2对关键词、发文机构、作者进行共现网络分析和关键词突现分析,获得数据图谱。结果共纳入2014-2023年脑卒中一级预防文献209篇,年均发文量20篇,发文量在2019年达到峰值后呈明显下降趋势。四川大学华西医院神经内科发文量最多,发文作者与发文机构均存在几个小型合作网络。研究热点包括危险因素、高危人群、治疗药物、健康教育等,近两年研究前沿主要关注风险评估、健康管理。结论2014-2023年我国脑卒中一级预防的必要性凸显,但近年来研究发展放缓;研究热点有所转变,从关注高危人群到社区居民、从药物治疗到认知与生活行为方式研究。Objective To analyze the current status of literature and research on primary prevention of stroke in China from 2014 to 2023,to understand the hotspots and frontiers of research,and to provide a reference for promoting the prevention of stroke.Methods Taking 209 papers published in CNKI from January 1,2014 to January 1,2024 as the research object.CiteSpace 5.5.R2 was used to analyze the co-occurrence network of keywords,publishing institutions and authors,and to analyze keyword emergence,so to obtain data atlas.Results A total of 209 articles were included in the primary prevention of stroke literature from 2014 to 2023,the average annual number of publications was 20,with a significant downward trend after reaching its peak in 2019.The Department of Neurology at West China Hospital,Sichuan University,published the most articles,and there were several small collaborative networks between authors and publishing institutions.Research hotspots included risk factors,high-risk populations,therapeutic drugs,health education,etc.In the past 2 years,research has primarily focused on risk assessment and health management.Conclusion The necessity of primary prevention of stroke has become prominent,but research and development have slowed down in recent years.The research hotspots have shifted from focusing on high-risk populations to community residents,from drug therapy to cognitive and lifestyle research.
