摘 要:“煤改电”工程旨在改造冬季取暖设施,通过用电代替散煤取暖来治理大气污染和加强生态建设,同时减少散煤燃烧,提高清洁能源利用率,优化能源结构。燃煤是新疆居民传统的冬季取暖方式,但燃煤排放的可吸入颗粒物、氮氧化物和硫氧化合物是导致雾霾的主要原因之一,对区域环境造成了污染。新疆拥有丰富的清洁和非清洁能源,但目前仍以燃煤作为主要能源消费来源,其次为原油、天然气、水、风、光等其他能源。因此,优化能源消费结构及提高清洁能源消费比例就成为新疆迫切需要解决的问题。通过问卷调查了解新疆“煤改电”建设的实施效果和用户满意度,并运用因子分析和多元有序Logistic回归方法进行分析,旨在为新疆“煤改电”的下一步发展提供合理建议。The“coal to electricity”project aims to renovate winter heating facilities,replace loose coal heating with electricity to control air pollution and strengthen ecological construction,while reducing loose coal combustion,improving clean energy utilization,and optimizing energy structure.Coal combustion is a traditional winter heating method for residents in Xinjiang,but the emissions of inhalable particulate matter,nitrogen oxides,and sulfur oxides from coal combustion are one of the main causes of haze,causing pollution to the regional environment.Xinjiang has abundant clean and non clean energy sources,but currently coal is still the main source of energy consumption,followed by other energy sources such as crude oil,natural gas,water,wind,and light.Therefore,how to optimize the energy consumption structure?Increase the proportion of clean energy consumption?This has become an urgent problem that Xinjiang needs to solve.By conducting a questionnaire survey to understand the implementation effect and user satisfaction of the“coal to electricity”project in Xinjiang,and using factor analysis and multiple ordered logistic regression methods for analysis,the aim is to provide reasonable suggestions for the next development of the“coal to electricity”project in Xinjiang.
