摘 要:本研究旨在探讨泡腾盐辅助β-环糊精提取陈皮中D-柠檬烯的可行性,并探究D-柠檬烯的抗炎、抗氧化活性。试验使用泡腾盐和β-环糊精、硫酸钾作为辅助提取试剂,利用双水相萃取法提取陈皮中的D-柠檬烯,并优化提取条件;采用ABTS自由基清除试验和铁还原抗氧化能力试验评价D-柠檬烯的抗氧化能力,采用LPS刺激的RAW264.7细胞评价D-柠檬烯的抗炎能力。结果表明,通过气相色谱法定量,提取到的D-柠檬烯质量分数为3.29%,优于传统提取方法;D-柠檬烯体外抗氧化能力与阳性药接近,对NO、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1β表现出显著的抑制作用。泡腾盐辅助β-环糊精提取能显著提高D-柠檬烯提取率,且D-柠檬烯表现出明显的抗炎、抗氧化活性,为后续陈皮的开发利用提供理论基础。This study aimed to explore the feasibility of using effervescent salts assisted with-cyclodextrin for the extraction of D-limonene fromdried tangerine peel,and to investigate the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of D-limonene.The experiment utilized effervescent salts,-cyclodextrin,and potassium sulfate as auxiliary extraction reagents,employing aqueous two-phase extraction to extract Dlimonene from dried tangerine peel,and optimized the extraction conditions.The antioxidant capacity of D-limonene was evaluated using ABTS radical scavenging assay and ferric reducing antioxidant power assay,while its anti-inflammatory ability was assessed using LPSstimulated RAW264.7 cells.The results showed that the mass fraction of D-limonene extracted,quantified by gas chromatography,was 3.29%,which is superior to traditional extraction methods.D-limonene demonstrated in vitro antioxidant capacity comparable to positive controls and exhibited significant inhibitory effects on NO,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1β.Effervescent salts assisted with-cyclodextrin significantly improved the extraction rate ofD-limonene,and D-limonene exhibited notable anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent development and utilization of dried tangerine peel.
