摘  要:检验时发现叉车更换不同长度的货叉来运输货物,不仅会改变叉车的起重量,甚至造成货叉的断裂或叉车有倾覆的危险。为了提升叉车使用的安全性,防止运输货物时发生倾覆的危险或因载荷过大而损坏货叉,本文分别从载荷的变化和货叉长度的改变来进行分析判断,以确保更换不同货叉后的叉车作业安全,并期望能对检验人员的检验和判定提供帮助。During inspection,it was found that forklifts change forks different lengths to transport goods,which not only changes the lifting capacity of the forklift but can also cause the forks to break or pose a risk of overturn.In order to improve the safety of forklift use,prevent the danger of overturning during transportation or damage to the forks due to excessive,this paper analyzes and judges the changes in load and the changes in fork length to ensure the safety of forklift operations after changing different forks,it is hoped that it can assist inspectors in their inspections and determinations.
