学校体育助力体育强国建设的内在逻辑、现实困境与推进路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,理清学校体育助力体育强国建设的内在逻辑,剖析现实困境,明确推进路径。学校体育助力体育强国建设的内在逻辑:落实全民健身国家战略,为体育强国建设夯实基础;培养竞技体育后备人才,为体育强国建设蓄积力量;丰富体育文化建设;为体育强国建设提供精神引领;带动体育产业的发展,为体育强国建设提供发展动能;构建体育对外交流新格局,为体育强国建设塑造强国形象。审视现实学校体育,在制度体系、教学体系、资源保障体系、评价体系以及竞赛体系还仍有不足之处,对此,提出新时期学校体育助力体育强国的推进路径:以顶层设计为指引,细化政策内容,建立反馈机制;以教学体系为基础,改革教材体系,提高教学质量;以资源配置为保障,整合多方资源,形成资源合力;以评价体系为支撑,围绕核心素养,建立科学评价体系;以竞赛体系为动力,转变竞赛理念,提高人才培养效率。Using the method of literature,field investigation,logical analysis,etc.,clarify the internal logic of school sports to help the construction of sports power,analyze the real predicament,clear the path of promotion.The internal logic of school sports helping the construction of a sports power:implement the national strategy of national fitness and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a sports power;Cultivate reserve talents of competitive sports to accumulate strength for the construction of sports power;Enrich the construction of sports culture;Provide spiritual guidance for the construction of sports power;Drive the development of sports industry,provide development momentum for the construction of sports power;Construct a new pattern of foreign sports exchanges and build a powerful image for the construction of a powerful sports country.After examining the reality of school physical education,there are still deficiencies in the system,teaching system,resource guarantee system,evaluation system and competition system.In this regard,the paper puts forward the promotion path of school physical education in the new era to help sports power:guided by the top-level design,the detailed policy content and the establishment of feedback mechanism;Based on the teaching system,reform the teaching material system and improve the teaching quality;With resource allocation as the guarantee,the whole multi-party resources form resource synergy;Based on the evaluation system,the scientific evaluation system should be established around the core quality.Take the competition system as the driving force:change the competition idea and improve the efficiency of talent training.
