摘  要:为更好地推进我国中小学体育与健康学业评价改革,需要在认知层面上厘清学业评价的价值取向和实践手段之间的作用关系,对促进体育与健康课程改革与发展具有重要意义。基于中小学体育与健康学业评价的改革困惑,在认识论上,对学业评价的应然性与实然性进行博弈分析,发现我国中小学体育与健康学业评价强势的实然性与弱势的应然性间存在博弈失衡,致使学业评价的目的性追求被固化、体育教育目的性价值被异化、体育与健康课改理念与教育实践被分化。对此,提出要合理定位中小学体育与健康学业评价;推进中小学体育与健康学业质量标准专项研发工作;构建“政府—学校—家庭—社会”四位一体的学业评价体系。To better promote the reform of academic evaluation of physical education and health in primary and secondary schools in China,it is necessary to clarify the role relationship between the value orientation and practical means of academic evaluation at the cognitive level,which is of great significance to promote the reform and development of physical education and health curriculum.Based on the confusion caused by the reform of academic evaluation of physical education and health in primary and secondary schools,a game analysis was conducted on the necessity and reality of academic evaluation in epistemology.It was found that there is a game imbalance between the strong reality and weak necessity of academic evaluation of physical education and health in primary and secondary schools in China,resulting in the solidification of the purposeful pursuit of academic evaluation,the alienation of the purposeful value of physical education,and the differentiation of the concept and educational practice of physical education and health curriculum reform.In this regard,it is proposed to reasonably position the academic evaluation of physical education and health in primary and secondary schools;Promote the special research and development of academic quality standards for physical education and health in primary and secondary schools;Build a four in one academic evaluation system of“government school family society”.
