摘 要:随着水产养殖规模的不断扩大,高密度集约化的养殖模式导致养殖环境不断恶化,水产动物免疫力下降、疾病频发,严重制约着水产养殖业的发展。传统的化学药物和抗生素极易产生耐药性,也给生态安全和食品安全带来隐患。中药具有来源丰富、不易产生耐药性、毒副作用小等优点,可增强水产动物免疫功能,提高抗病力。近年来,中药现代化研究取得了突破性的进展,本文分别从单味中药及其复方和中药提取物对水产动物免疫应答、抗氧化和抗病力的影响进行综述,为中药在水产动物养殖中的应用提供理论参考和依据。With the continuous expansion of aquaculture scale,the high-density intensive breeding mode has led to the deterioration of the breeding environment,the decline of aquatic animal immunity and the frequent occurrence of diseases,which seriously restricted the development of the aquaculture industry.Traditional chemical drugs and antibiotics are highly susceptible to drug resistance,which also brings hidden dangers to ecological security and food safety.Traditional Chinese medicine is rich,unlikely to produce drug resistance and has low toxicity and side effects,which could enhance the immune function of aquatic animals and improve their disease resistance.In recent years,breakthroughs have been made in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,and the effects of single Chinese medicine and it compound and traditional Chinese medicine extracts on the immune response,antioxidant and disease resistance of aquatic animals were reviewed in this paper,so as to provide a theoretical reference and basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in aquatic animal breeding.
