应用氟化物联合口腔健康宣教对学龄前儿童龋齿的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用氟化物联合口腔健康宣教对学龄前儿童龋齿预防的效果。方法选取运城市第四实验幼儿园2021年入园的240名学龄前儿童为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成对照组、应用氟化物组、应用氟化物联合口腔健康宣教组,每组各80名。于2021年12月至2024年2月开展对照研究,比较三组学龄前儿童的牙齿健康状况、龋齿发生率、口腔健康知识的掌握情况。结果应用氟化物联合口腔健康宣教组学龄前儿童的龋齿发生率显著低于其他两组,口腔健康知识的掌握程度评分亦明显高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用氟化物联合口腔健康宣教能显著降低学龄前儿童龋齿发生率,提高家长和儿童对口腔健康知识的掌握水平,有效提高其口腔防护意识。Objective To investigate the effect of fluoride application combined with oral health education on the prevention of dental caries in preschool children.Methods A total of 240 preschool children enrolled in Yuncheng No.4 Experimental Kindergarten in 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group,fluoride application group and fluoride combined with oral health education group by random number table method,with 80 preschool children in each group.From December 2021 to February 2024,a control study was carried out to compare the dental health status,dental caries incidence and oral health knowledge of the three groups of preschool children.Results The incidence of dental caries in preschool children in the fluoride combined with oral health education group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups,and the score of mastering oral health knowledge was also significantly higher than that in the other two groups,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The fluoride application combined with oral health education can significantly reduce the incidence of dental caries in preschool children,improve parents’and children’s knowledge of oral health,and effectively improve their awareness of oral protection.
