摘 要:目的研究一次性使用输液器与喜炎平注射液药物相容性试验。方法参照临床上喜炎平注射液临床用法用量,模拟静脉输注药液,收集不同输液器接触下的各个时间点药液,研究药液性状、主药浓度、不溶性微粒以及药液中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二乙基乙酯(DEHP)与偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)的迁移量。结果喜炎平注射液分别与不同材质的输液器、不同厂家的PVC材质输液器在输液接触过程中,输液器对药物吸附、药液性状、不溶性微粒无明显影响,在各个时间点的药液中均未检出增塑剂DEHP与TOTM。结论一次性输液器对喜炎平注射液几乎无吸附,两者具有良好的相容性。Objective To study the compatibility test between disposable infusion sets and Xiyanping injection.Methods According to the clinical usage and dosage of Xiyanping injection,the liquid medicine was simulated by intravenous infusion,and the liquid medicine was collected at different time points under the contact of different infusion devices.The characteristics of the liquid medicine,the concentration of the main medicine,insoluble particles and the migration of plasticizers diethylhexylphthalate(DEHP)and trioctyl trimellitate(TOTM)in the liquid medicine were studied.Results During the infusion contact between Xiyanping Injection and infusion sets made of different materials and PVC materials from different manufacturers,the infusion sets had no significant effect on drug adsorption,liquid properties,and insoluble particles.Plasticizers DEHP and TOTM were not detected in the liquid at all time points.Conclusion The disposable infusion set has almost no adsorption on Xiyanping injection,and the two have good compatibility.
