摘　　要：目的对老年量表8项(G8)在口腔颌面外科老年非癌患者中筛查老年衰弱风险及预测预后的性能进行评价。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月于广东省人民医院口腔颌面外科就诊的老年非癌患者100例纳入研究,分别进行老年综合评估(CGA)和G8评估,使用Spearman相关系数(r)和kappa分析评估两种评估结果之间的相关性及一致性。使用G8量表对58例老年患者进行评估后分组,检验两组患者术后观察指标的差异性。结果CGA和G8评估结果之间有较强的一致性(kappa=0.768,P=0.005),评估者之间的评估结果具有较强的一致性(kappa=0.798,P=0.008),评估者内部显示出较强的相关性(r=0.772,P=0.003)。G8评估异常组较正常组发生预后不良的风险更高。结论G8量表是一种有效、可靠的口腔颌面外科老年非癌患者筛查工具,可识别该人群老年衰弱症状并预测预后不良的风险。Objective To evaluate the performance of the geriatric-8(G8)scale in screening for elderly frailty risk and predicting prognosis in elderly non-cancer patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods A total of 100 elderly non cancer patients who visited the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected for the study.Comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)and G8 evaluations were conducted,and Spearman correlation coefficient(r)and kappa analysis were used to evaluate the correlation and consistency between the two evaluation results.58 elderly patients were evaluated and grouped using the G8 scale to test the differences in postoperative observation indicators between the two groups.Results There was a strong consistency between CGA and G8 evaluation results(kappa=0.768,P=0.005),and there was a strong consistency between the evaluators(kappa=0.798,P=0.008).There was a strong correlation among the evaluators(r=0.772,P=0.003).The G8 assessment showed a higher risk of poor prognosis in the abnormal group compared to the normal group.Conclusion The G8 scale is an effective and reliable screening tool for elderly non-cancer patients in oral and maxillofacial surgery,which can identify frailty symptoms in this population and predict the risk of poor prognosis.
