摘　　要：功能性神经系统疾病(简称功能性神经疾病)患者的病耻感较其他神经系统疾病患者更明显,严重影响生活质量,增加照料者负担。本文对功能性神经疾病病耻感的概念、现状及危害、影响因素以及干预策略进行综述,旨在为我国深入开展功能性神经疾病病耻感研究提供参考。The stigma associated with functional neurological disorder(FND)is greater than that associated with other neurological conditions,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and increasing the burden on caregivers.This article reviews the concept,the current situation and harms,the influence factors and intervention strategies of FND stigma.The aim is to further develop our country as a reference for the study of stigma in FND.
