摘　　要：目的:探讨药棒疗法联合Bobath技术对脑卒中后运动功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取南昌大学第二附属医院2021年1月—2023年6月收治的脑卒中后运动功能障碍患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)、试验组(n=40)。对照组予Bobath技术治疗,试验组予药棒疗法联合Bobath技术治疗。对比两组肌力、肌张力、日常生活活动能力及肢体功能。结果:治疗3周后,试验组徒手肌力测定(MMT)评分较对照组高,改良Ashworth量表评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3周后,试验组Barthel指数(BI)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药棒疗法联合Bobath技术治疗脑卒中后运动功能障碍患者可改善肌力,提高日常生活活动能力及肢体功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of medicine stick therapy combined with Bobath technique on motor dysfunction after stroke.Method:A total of 80 patients with motor dysfunction after stroke admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Bobath technique,and the experimental group was treated with medicine stick therapy combined with Bobath technique.Muscle strength,muscle tension,activity of daily living and limb function were compared between two groups.Result:After 3 weeks of treatment,the manual muscle test(MMT)score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the modified Ashworth scale score was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,Barthel index(BI),Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medicine stick therapy combined with Bobath technique in the treatment of patients with motor dysfunction after stroke can improve muscle strength,activity of daily living and limb function.
