摘　　要：目的探讨肉毒素联合中医疗法对小儿脑瘫的康复促进作用。方法选取医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的脑瘫患儿50例,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各25例。两组患儿均予中医疗法,包括穴位注射、头针治疗、推拿治疗,观察组患儿加用肉毒素注射治疗。结果治疗后,观察组患儿粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)各功能区评分均显著高于对照组,临床痉挛指数(CSI)各维度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肉毒毒素联合中医疗法治疗小儿脑瘫,可有效改善患儿的运动功能和痉挛状态,促进其康复。Objective To investigate the effect of botulinum toxin combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy on promoting the rehabilitation of pediatric cerebral palsy.Methods Fifty children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on different treatment plans,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine therapy,including acupoint injection,scalp acupuncture,and massage therapy,on this basis,the observation group was treated with botulinum toxin for injection.Results After treatment,the scores of the gross motor function assessment scale(GMFM)in all functional areas in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the clinical scores of the clinical spasticity index(CSI)in all dimensions in the observation groupwere significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy can effectively improve the motor function and spastic state of children with cerebral palsy,and promote their recovery.
