康复护理用于重症肺炎患者效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理用于重症肺炎患者的效果。方法选取医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的重症肺炎患者70例。所有患者均给予康复护理,包括重症加强护理病房(ICU)阶段、普通病房阶段及出院后的康复措施,覆盖了体能训练、心理支持等多个方面。结果与护理前比较,护理后患者的体能显著提高;6分钟步行测试(6MWT)距离显著更长;肺活量和最大呼气流速显著提升;握力和下肢肌力显著提升;汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均显著降低;巴特尔生活日常活动指数(Barthel)均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论康复护理用于肺炎重症患者效果显著,能明显改善患者的身体和心理状况。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 severe pneumonia patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.All patients receive rehabilitation care,including intensive care unit(ICU)stage,general ward stage,and post discharge rehabilitation measures,covering multiple aspects such as physical training and psychological support.Results Compared with before nursing,the patients'physical fitness significantly improved after nursing,the patients'6-minute walk test(6MWT)significantly prolonged,the patients'lung capacity and maximum expiratory flow rate significantly increased,the patients'grip strength and lower limb muscle strength significantly improved,the patients'Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)scores significantly reduced,and the patients'Barthel daily activity index(Barthel)significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on patients with severe pneumonia,which can significantly improve their physical and psychological conditions.
