穴位注射维生素B12配合功能训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位注射维生素B12配合功能训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选择2023年1月—2024年1月于鹰潭市中医院治疗的96例脑卒中偏瘫患者。按随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组采用常规功能训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位注射维生素B12治疗。两组均治疗10 d,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、神经功能、运动功能、平衡功能及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者采用穴位注射维生素B12配合功能训练治疗利于改善患者神经功能、平衡功能及运动功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Vitamin B12 combined with functional training in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Method:A total of 96 patients with stroke hemiplegia who were treated in Yingtan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine functional training,and the observation group was treated with acupoint injection of Vitamin B12 on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 10 d,and the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,nerve function,motor function,balance function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA)score,Berg balance scale(BBS)score and stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of Vitamin B12 combined with functional training can improve nerve function,balance function and motor function,and improve the quality of life of patients with stroke hemiplegia.
