摘　　要：目的:比较常温流动牙胶根管充填技术与热牙胶连续波技术(简称“热牙胶”)、冷侧压技术(简称“冷牙胶”)在前牙慢性根尖周炎根管中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年12月于上海市黄浦区牙病防治所就诊的88例慢性前牙根尖周炎,采用随机数字表法将其分为三组,试验组31例采用常温流动牙胶,对照1组31例采用热牙胶,对照2组26例采用冷牙胶。比较三组根管充填时间、术后疼痛程度、根管充填效果及随访情况。结果:试验组根管充填时间短于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组根管充填效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组术后疼痛程度和随访3个月有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常温流动牙胶根管充填技术应用于前牙慢性根尖周炎操作简单、价格适宜,根管充填时间短于热牙胶,冷牙胶,根管充填效果、术后疼痛程度、有效率与热牙胶、冷牙胶相当。Objective To compare the application effects of normal temperature flowable gutta-percha root canal filling technique,hot gutta-percha continuous wave technique('hot gutta-percha')and cold lateral condensation technique('cold guttapercha')in the root canal of chronic periapical periodontitis of anterior teeth.Methods From March 2021 to December 2023,88 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis of anterior teeth were selected from the Dental Disease Prevention and Control Institute,Shanghai Huangpu District.They were divided into three groups by random number table method.31 patients in the experimental group were treated with normal temperature flow gum,31 patients in the control group 1 were treated with hot gutta-percha,and 26 patients in the control group 2 were treated with cold gutta-percha.The root canal filling time,postoperative pain degree,root canal filling effect and follow-up were compared among the three groups.Results The root canal filling time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in root canal filling effect among the three groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of postoperative pain and the effective rate of follow-up for 3 months among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of normal temperature flow gutta-percha root canal filling technology in chronic periapical periodontitis of anterior teeth is simple and affordable.The root canal filling time is shorter than that of hot gutta-percha and cold gutta-percha.The root canal filling effect,postoperative pain degree and effective rate are comparable to those of hot gutta-percha and cold gutta-percha.
