分次口服利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质在老年患者肠镜术前肠道准备中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究分次口服利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质(PEG)在老年患者肠镜术前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月在福建省中医药大学附属福鼎医院行结肠镜检查的180例老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组,各60例。A组给予2粒(580μg)利那洛肽分次口服联合2 L PEG分次清肠,B组给予2粒(580μg)利那洛肽分次口服联合3 L PEG分次清肠,C组给予3 L PEG分次清肠。比较三组的肠道准备质量、结肠镜检查时间及不良反应发生率。结果:A组、B组Boston肠道准备量表(BBPS)各项评分及总分均高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、B组进镜时间、退镜时间、肠镜总时间均短于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、B组术前、术中、术后不良反应发生率均低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年患者的肠镜术前肠道准备中,给予2粒(580μg)利那洛肽分次口服联合2 L PEG分次服用,可提高肠道准备质量,缩短结肠镜检查时间,降低术前、术中、术后不良反应的发生率,还可减少了PEG使用剂量,有较好的临床效果。Objective:To study the effect of fractional oral Linalotide combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte(PEG)in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in elderly patients.Method:A total of 180 elderly patients who underwent colonoscopy in Fuding Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Group A was given 2 capsules(580μg)of Linalotide fractional oral and 2 L PEG fractional bowel cleansing,group B was given 2 capsules(580μg)of Linalotide fractional oral and 3 L PEG fractional bowel cleansing,group C was given 3 L PEG fractional bowel cleansing.The quality of intestinal preparation,colonoscopy time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Result:The scores and total scores of Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)in group A and group B were higher than those in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The entry time,exit time and total colonoscopy time of group A and group B were shorter than those of group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions before,during and after operation in group A and group B were lower than those in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the preoperative intestinal preparation of elderly patients,the 2 capsules(580μg)of Linalotide fractional oral and 2 L PEG fractional bowel cleansing can improve the quality of intestinal preparation,shorten the time of colonoscopy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions before,during and after surgery,and reduce the dose of PEG,which has a good clinical effect.
