摘　　要：目的:探讨医护持续监测在癫痫患儿视频脑电图检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月赣州市妇幼保健院收治80例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为研究组40例和对照组40例。对照组患儿采用视频脑电图进行检查,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上联合采用医护持续监测措施。观察比较两组患儿脑电图分析的伪差率、无效脑电图概率。结果:研究组患儿检查后脑电图分析的伪差率低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组出现电极安放不当1例,患儿情绪不稳定7例,无效脑电图发生率为20.00%,研究组出现患儿情绪不稳定2例,无效脑电图发生率为5.00%,研究组无效脑电图发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿检查依从率(92.50%)高于对照组(67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护持续监测应用于癫痫患儿,能有效降低患儿脑电图分析的伪差率,提高检查依从性,能有效降低无效脑电图发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous medical monitoring in video EEG examination of children with epilepsy.Method:A total of 80 children with epilepsy admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and the children were divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The children in the control group were examined by video EEG,and the children in the study group were combined with continuous medical monitoring measures on the basis of the control group.The artifact rate and ineffective EEG probability of EEG analysis were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The false error rate of EEG analysis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 1 case of improper electrode placement,7 cases of emotional instability,and the incidence of ineffective EEG was 20.00%;in the study group,there were 2 cases of emotional instability,and the incidence of ineffective EEG was 5.00%,the incidence of ineffective EEG in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the study group(92.50%)was higher than that in the control group(67.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous medical monitoring in children with epilepsy can effectively reduce the false error rate of EEG analysis,improve treatment compliance,effectively reduce the incidence of invalid EEG.
