摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,在数字经济背景下,教育部“双高计划”建设项目明确要求建设单位要提升信息化建设水平。作为黑龙江省第二轮“双高”项目建设院校之一,哈尔滨职业技术大学运用VB.NET技术和MYSQL数据库技术探索构建项目管理平台,将管理模式流程化、智能化、数字化,将建设任务颗粒化、精准化、可溯化,实现项目建设“挂图作战”,有序高效推进高层次标志性成果产出,提升学校“双高”项目建设信息化治理水平,推动学校智能升级、融合创新,支撑教育教学高质量发展。With the rapid development of information and technology and under the background of digital economy,the“double high-level plan”construction project in the Ministry of Education has a clear demand for the construction organization to improve the informatization level.As one of the second round of“double high-level plan”construction colleges in Heilongjiang province,Harbin vocational and technical university explores and builds the project management platform based on VB.NET technology and MYSQL database technology which makes the management modes standardized,intelligent and digital,and makes the construction tasks concrete,precise,and traceable to realize the feasible project construction.This university also promotes the output of high-level and outstanding achievements in an orderly and efficient manner,improves the informatization governance level in project construction,advances the intelligent upgrading and integration innovation,and supports the high-quality development in education.
