摘 要:针对船体变形对推进轴系校中分析,计算轴系校中漂浮工况考虑满载工况的轴承偏移。以某大型滚装船为研究对象,采用有限元仿真的方式建立三维模型,分析该船在漂浮工况和满载工况下轴系各轴承处的船体变形情况,并计算出满载工况相对于漂浮工况的各轴承相对偏移量。计算结果表明,船体变形会引起较大的轴承变位,长轴系的大型滚装船在轴系校中时必须要计入船体变形的影响。在漂浮工况轴系校中同时考虑满载工况的影响,能有效降低轴系校中的成本。计算得到的结果数据可为该型船的轴系校中分析提供依据。Based on the analysis of hull deformation on the alignment of propulsion shafting,the bearing deviation in floating condition considering full load condition was calculated.Taking a large Ro-Ro ship as the research object,a three-dimensional finite element model was established,and the hull deformation of the ship at the bearings of the shafting under floating and full load conditions was calculated.The numerical results showed that hull deformation will cause large bearing displacement,and the effect of hull deformation must be taken into account in the shafting alignment of large Ro-Ro ships with long shafting.The cost of shafting alignment could be effectively reduced by considering the influence of full load condition in shafting alignment under floating condition.The calculated results can provide a basis for the shafting alignment analysis of this type of ship.
