摘 要:为控制客滚船重量、重心、稳性、油耗和EEDI等指标,对客滚船轻量化设计方法进行研究。基于迭代计算和有限元分析对结构进行总体和局部优化;对滚装通道的设计标准相关部门制定更完整的标准体系;对铝合金和钢制材料做了典型方案的减重效果对比,舾装件标准化和轻质材料优化效果明显;新材料、新工艺的探索为客滚船轻量化提供新思路。研究提出的结构设计优化、舾装轻量化、轻质材料使用、新材料新技术的设计方案对客滚船轻量化设计有实际指导意义。In order to control the weight,center of gravity,stability,fuel consumption and EEDI of Ro-Ro passenger ship,the lightweight design method of Ro-Ro passenger ship was studied.The overall and local optimization of the structure was carried out based on iterative calculation and finite element analysis.A more complete standard system was developed for the design of the relevant departments of the Ro-Ro channel.The weight reduction effect of aluminum alloy and steel was compared with the typical scheme,finding that the standardization of outfitting parts and the optimization of light materials were obvious.The exploration of new materials and new technology provided a new idea for the lightweight of passenger rolling ship.The proposed design scheme of structure design optimization,light outfitting,light material use,new material and new technology has practical guiding significance for the lightweight design of passenger roll ship.
