摘　　要：为探索适合自身产业条件的自主培育路径以提升新兴产业自主培育绩效的机制,本文选择5G产业和云计算产业为研究对象,运用结构方程模型方法,通过对领域内企业的591份问卷分析构建的新兴产业自主培育模型的普适性,及培育能力与绩效间的作用机理及路径。研究发现:基础技术、独立需求和资源是新兴产业自主培育能力形成的关键要素,且基础技术影响最大,能直接促进独立技术;自主培育能力能促进独立技术和领先市场,且领先市场对绩效提升影响更大;不同产业在培育能力形成侧重点、培育绩效影响因素和影响力、与资源相关培育路径等方面有差异;存在多路径提升自主培育绩效的不同机制。因此,政府应鼓励各产业采取多元化策略提升自主培育能力,并针对不同产业的特点、发展阶段和产业环境,区别对待资源因素,灵活选择最适合的培育方式,精准制定培育策略。研究结论为探寻提升我国新兴产业自主培育绩效提供了理论支撑和实践启示。In order to explore the mechanism of improving the performance of the self-cultivation of emerging industries through self-cultivation paths that are suitable for their own industry conditions,this paper selected the 5G industry and cloud computing industry as research objects,used the structural equation modeling method,and analyzed the universality of the newly constructed self-cultivation model for emerging industries through 591 questionnaires from enterprises in these two fields,as well as the mechanism and path of the relationship between cultivation capability and performance.The research found that basic technology,independent demand,and resources are key elements for formation of the self-cultivation capability in emerging industries,and basic technology has the greatest impact and can directly promote independent technology;the self-cultivation capability can promote independent technology and market leadership,and market leadership has a greater impact on performance improvement;different industries have differences in the focus of cultivating capability,factors and influences that affect cultivation performance,and resource related cultivation paths;and there are different mechanisms for improving the performance of self-cultivation through multiple paths.Therefore,the government should encourage various industries to adopt diversified strategies to enhance their self-cultivation capability,and treat resource factors differently based on the characteristics,development stages,and industrial environments of different industries,flexibly choose the most suitable cultivation methods,and accurately formulate cultivation strategies.These research conclusions will provide theoretical support and practical inspiration for exploring ways to improve the performance of self-cultivation of emerging industries in China.
