摘  要:花脸香蘑是一种具有较高食药用价值的真菌,其化学成分及生物活性多样。综述花脸香蘑子实体含有糖类(如多糖、海藻糖)、甾醇(如β-麦角甾醇)和酚类(如类黄酮)等化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗菌和抗肿瘤等多种生物活性;采用固体发酵或液体发酵方法获得的花脸香蘑菌丝体、发酵液等发酵物,除了含有多糖和海藻糖等子实体具有的成分外,还从中分离到环肽类(如哌嗪二酮)、萜类(如倍半萜)和醌类(如1-羟基-6-甲基-9,10-蒽醌)等化学成分,具有抗氧化、保肝、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗菌及植物生长调节等生物活性。本综述为花脸香蘑采用多种培养方法在医药、农业和保健食品等领域的开发利用提供参考。Lepista sordida is a mushroom with high edible and medicinal value,characterized by its diverse range of chemical compositions and biological activities.This review discussed that the fruiting body of L.sordida contains many chemical components,such as carbohydrates(such as polysaccharides,trehalose),sterols(such asβ-ergosterol),and phenols(flavonoids),which exhibit various biological activities including antioxidant,antibacterial,and antitumor properties.Moreover,the mycelium and fermentation broth of L.sordida obtained through solid or liquid fermentation methods not only contain components found in the fruiting bodies such as polysaccharides and trehalose,but also have specific chemical components,including cyclic peptides(such as piperazine diketones),terpenoids(such as sesquiterpenes),and quinones(such as 1-hydroxy-6-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone),which exhibit biological activities including antioxidant,hepatoprotective,immunomodulatory,antitumor,antibacterial,and plant growth regulatory effects.This review provided valuable insights for developing and utilizing L.sordida across various fields such as medicine,agriculture,and health food.
