摘 要:为了优化菌物口红的制备工艺,通过测定不同浓度梯度(1、2、3、4和5 mg/mL)竹荪多糖、杏鲍菇多糖、蛹虫草多糖的DPPH自由基和羟基自由基清除率,筛选出抗氧化效果最佳的菌物粗多糖,将其加入口红中。设置L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验,以蛹虫草多糖0.05 g、色粉0.1 g作为基础原料,对白蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、甜杏仁油、羊毛脂的添加量进行优化试验,以口红的色泽、外观、滋润度等感官指标和涂展性为考察指标,确定口红最佳配方,并通过感官评价、理化指标、卫生指标等对菌物口红进行质量评价。结果表明,当蛹虫草多糖浓度为5 mg/mL时,其对DPPH和羟自由基清除率分别为76.46%和71.02%,整体抗氧化效果最佳;口红的最优配方为甜杏仁油4 g、白蜂蜡3 g、羊毛脂2 g、小烛树蜡0.2 g、色粉0.1 g、蛹虫草多糖0.05 g,以该配方制备的菌物口红质量合格,具有潜在的抗氧化活性。In order to optimize the preparation process of fungal lipstick,the DPPH and hydroxyl free radical scavenging rates of different concentration gradients(1,2,3,4,and 5 mg/mL)of crude polysaccharides of Dictyophora indusiate,Pleurotus eryngii,Cordyceps militaris,the best antioxidant effect of which was screened out and added to the lipstick.The L9(34)orthogonal test was set up,0.05 g C.militaris polysaccharide and 0.1 g olor powder as the basic raw materials,an optimization test was conducted on the addition amounts of white beeswax,candelilla wax,sweet almond oil,and lanolin,the optimal formulation of the lipstick was determined by the investigation indexes of sensory indexes as the color,appearance,and moisture of the lipstick.The quality of fungal lipstick was evaluated through sensory indicators,physicochemical indicators,hygiene indicators.The results indicated that the overall antioxidant effect was the best(76.46%,71.02%of DPPH and hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate)when the the concentration of C.militaris polysaccharide was 5 mg/mL.The optimal formulation of the lipstick was 4 g sweet almond oil,3 g white beeswax,2 g lanolin,0.2 g candelilla wax,0.1 g pigment powder,0.05 g C.militaris polysaccharide.Under this formulation,fungal lipstick had qualified quality with potential antioxidant activity.
