摘　　要：对“仙客来牌灵芝蛹虫草颗粒”产品的三萜及多糖含量进行测定,并以相同主料配比但不含辅料的灵芝、蛹虫草、茯苓和酸枣仁混合提取物原料为对象,检测其多糖沉淀部分和上清液大孔树脂分离的各极性部分与改善睡眠相关的体外抗氧化和神经保护活性。结果表明:供试灵芝蛹虫草颗粒产品的多糖含量较高,为41.6%,三萜含量较低,为0.6%,初步确定其活性物质大部分为水溶性;供试混合提取物的大孔树脂水洗脱部分(主要物质为多糖)有显著的抗氧化活性和弱的神经保护活性。本研究可为菌物产品开发提供参考。The study determined the contents of triterpenes and polysaccharides of Ganoderma lucidum-Cordyceps militaris mixture granules.After removing polysaccharides,the mixed extract of Ganoderma lucidum,Cordyceps sinensis,Wolfiporia cocos,and Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa without other excipients was separated by macroporous resin.The bioactivities associated with improving sleep quality of polysaccharide precipitation and each polar parts of supernatant from macroporous resin were measured.The results showed that the contents of triterpenes were low(0.6%),and polysaccharides were high(41.6%)in Ganoderma lucidum-Cordyceps militaris mixture granules,respectively.The water-soluble part from mixed extract(most of polysaccharide)showed significant antioxidant activity and weak neuroprotective activity in vitro.This study can provide reference for the development of fungal products.
