摘　　要：大球盖菇菌丝降解作物秸秆能力强,栽培后的菌渣就地还田,可增加土壤有机质含量,提高耕地质量,从而使农作物秸秆通过“肥料化、原料化、基料化”利用,实现绿色循环发展。推广应用大球盖菇稻田畦床栽培技术,可大幅度提高土地综合种植效益。本文基于浙西地区的实践经验,从适宜时间安排、场地选择、原料处理、播种方式、发菌管理、出菇管理、病虫害防治、采收与加工等方面详细总结大球盖菇稻田畦床栽培技术各环节。The mycelium of Stropharia rugosoannulata has a strong ability to degrade crop straw.Post-cultivation residue can be rcycle back into the field to improve the quality of the field and increase the organic matter content of the soil,thereby improving the quality of fertility of the land.At the same time,it enables the fully utilize of crop straw through"fertilization,raw material utilization,and substrate utilization".The promotion and application of the cultivation technique of S.rugosoannulata in paddy field beds could significantly enhance the comprehensive planting benefits of the land.Based on successful practical experience,this article summarized and introduced the cultivation techniques of S.rugosoannulata in paddy fields in western Zhejiang,covering key aspects such as timing of cultivation,site selection,raw material processing,inoculation methods,mycelial growth management,fruiting body management,pest and disease control,and harvesting and processing.
