摘 要:为研究产教融合背景下艺术高职院校“双师型”教师队伍的建设情况,文章采用文献研究法、实地调查法以及观察法,针对当前艺术高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题展开细致分析,这些问题包括人才认定标准存在差异、教师队伍结构与素质良莠不齐,以及“双师型”人才的培养机制、激励机制和管理机制的缺失等。在此基础上,文章提出全面完善艺术高职院校“双师型”教师人才认定标准、培养措施,并设计出完善的培养机制、激励机制和管理机制的策略,以期为艺术高职院校的良性发展提供参考和借鉴。In order to study the construction of the"dual teacher"teaching team in art vocational colleges under the background of industry education integration,this article adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation,and observation to conduct a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the current construction of the"dual teacher"teaching team in art vocational colleges.These problems include differences in talent recognition standards,uneven structure and quality of the teaching team,and the lack of training,incentive,and management mechanisms for"dual teacher"talents.On this basis,the article proposes to comprehensively improve the recognition standards and training measures for"dual qualified"teachers in art vocational colleges,and designs strategies for improving training mechanisms,incentive mechanisms,and management mechanisms,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the healthy development of art vocational colleges.
