高校辅导员开展大学新生心理适应教育的路径探索

摘　　要：大学新生在初入大学后,面对环境的变化,容易产生心理适应问题。高校辅导员作为开展大学生思想政治教育的重要力量,应切实采取有效措施做好大学新生的心理适应教育。文章主要分析当前大学新生常见的心理适应问题及其原因,并结合辅导员工作实际,从丰富育人内容、创新育人方式、加强育人合力、细化育人举措等方面探析开展大学新生心理适应教育的实现路径。New college students are prone to psychological adaptation problems when facing changes in the environment after entering university.As an important force in carrying out ideological and political education for college students,college counselors should take effective measures to do a good job in psychological adaptation education for college freshmen.The article mainly analyzes the common psychological adaptation problems and their causes among current college freshmen,and combines with the actual work of counselors to explore the implementation path of carrying out psychological adaptation education for college freshmen from the aspects of enriching educational content,innovating educational methods,strengthening educational synergy,and refining educational measures.
