摘 要:近年来,我国频繁发生的洪涝灾害给人民的生产生活带来了严重的威胁。雨水口泄流能力对区域路面雨水的排放和整个管网的排水能力有巨大影响,为了探究雨箅子堵塞程度对管网排水能力的影响,以陕西省西咸新区某排水分区为例,基于GAST模型和SWMM模型构建耦合一维管网和二维地表的城市雨洪过程数值模型,并根据现场调研成果,确定了几种常见的雨箅子堵塞情形,采用情景分析法模拟分析不同降雨重现期和雨箅子堵塞状态下的雨水口排水过程。采用纳什效率系数验证模型模拟结果的合理性,对两场降雨进行验证的纳什效率系数分别为0.71和0.80,表明构建的模型模拟精度较高,模拟结果可靠。在百年一遇极端降雨下,雨箅子堵塞75%时过流能力降低57%,堵塞25%时过流能力降低17%;随着降雨强度的增大,管网排水能力受雨箅子堵塞程度的影响增大。In recent years,frequent flooding disasters in China have posed a serious threat to people’s production and livelihood.Among them,the capacity of rainwater outlets has a significant impact on the discharge of regional surface rainwater and the overall drainage capacity of the pipeline network.In order to investigate the effect of rain grate blockage on the drainage capacity of the pipeline network,a numerical model of urban rainwater and flood process coupling one⁃dimensional pipeline network and two⁃dimensional surface based on the GAST model and SWMM model was built by taking a drainage subdivision in the Xi’an⁃Xianyang New Area of Shaanxi Province as an example.Based on the results of field investigation,several common rain grate blockage scenarios were identified,and the scenario analysis method was used to simulate and analyze the rainwater collection and drainage process under different rainfall recurrence periods and rain grate blockage states.The rationality of the hydrological model simulation results was verified by using the Nash Efficiency Coefficient(CNCE),with CNCE values of 0.71 and 0.80 respectively.The results indicate that the built model has high simulation accuracy and reliable results.Under extreme rain⁃fall events with a return period of 100 years,when the rain grate is 75%blocked,the flow capacity is reduced by 57%and when it is 25%blocked,the flow capacity is reduced by 17%.With the increase of rainfall intensity,the drainage capacity of pipe network is greatly affected by the degree of rain grating blockage.
