数字技术视域下网络意识形态风险与化解研究

摘　　要：数字时代以技术为核心,数据为要素。随着大数据、人工智能、区块链、云计算等数字技术加速创新,推动网络主流意识形态传播场景发生变化、影响力提高、传播思维发生新变革。但同时技术的深度应用引起网络舆论更加复杂、社会思潮多元化传播、工具理性快速膨胀等潜在风险。因此,数字技术视域下化解网络意识形态风险,必须坚持马克思主义指导思想,强化价值引领,增进数字技术赋能,树立正确的数字观,以技术创新推进网络主流意识形态安全建设。The digital era has technology as its core and data as its element.The accelerated innovation of digital technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing,etc.,on the one hand,pushes the network mainstream ideology communication scene to change,influences the improvement,and allows communication thinking to undergo new changes.However,at the same time,the deep application of technology has caused potential risks such as more complex network public opinion,diversified dissemination of social trends,and rapid expansion of instrumental rationality.Therefore,to solve the risk of network ideology in the context of digital technology,it is necessary to adhere to the guiding ideology of Marxism,strengthen the value leadership,enhance the empowerment of digital technology,and establish a correct digital outlook to promote the construction of online mainstream ideological security through technological innovation.
