摘　　要：推动国际私法教学改革以适应新时代的法学教育目标和任务已刻不容缓、势在必行。国际私法教学改革应从教学理念、教学方法、评价主体和评价方式等方面进行革新,从而实现理论知识和职业技能的同步发展、法律职业意识和职业素养的同步培养,为建设社会主义法治国家提供一支应用型、复合型的高素质法治人才队伍。The goal and task of legal education in the new era is to promote the reform of private international law teaching.The reform of private international law teaching should be innovated from the aspects of teaching concepts,teaching methods,evaluation subjects and evaluation methods,so as to achieve the simultaneous development of theoretical knowledge and professional skills,and the simultaneous cultivation of legal professional awareness and professional quality.This will provide a team of highquality legal talents,who are both applied and compound,for the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.
