摘　　要：建设工程管理专业的《建筑材料与构造》课程是一门专业基础类实践课程,如何在适应专业特点、生源多元化趋势的前提下,将工匠精神的培养贯穿教学始终,又能结合园林工程学院的实际情况和苏州园林地域优势,务实培养出具有工匠精神的技术技能型人才,服务地方工程建设;并逐步摸索出一套以工匠精神内涵为导向,基于多元化生源的全过程、多导师、多层面考核评价的教学实践经验。"Building Materials and Structure"of the major Construction Engineering Management is a professional basic practical course.On the premise of adapting to the characteristics of the major and the trend of diversification of students,the cultivation of craftsman spirit is carried out throughout the teaching,technical talents with craftsman spirit can be cultivated pragmatically in combination with the actual situation of the College of Landscape Engineering and the geographical advantages of Suzhou gardens.To serve local engineering construction;and gradually explore a set of craftsman spirit connotation as the guidance,based on the whole process of diversified students,multi-tutors,multi-level assessment and evaluation of teaching practice experience.
