摘　　要：深入探讨了“1+X”证书制度下“岗课赛证”融通育人模式的理论基础和实践应用,分析其实施效果和质量,并提出相应的优化策略。通过本研究,希望能够为高职教育的改革和发展提供有益的参考和借鉴,为培养更多高素质、高技能的人才做出贡献。This paper aims to deeply explore the theoretical basis and practical application of the integrated education mode of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"under the"1+X"certificate system,analyze its implementation effect and quality,and propose corresponding optimization strategies.Through this study,we hope to provide useful reference for the reform and development of higher vocational education,and make contributions to training more high-quality and high-skill talents.
