摘  要:737NG飞机后缘襟翼剪刀差现象严重影响飞行安全与操控性能,针对737NG飞机后缘襟翼剪刀差故障频发问题,通过深入分析机械部件、液压系统及电子控制三大故障源,系统探讨了故障诊断方法,包括外观、液压、电子系统检测及综合评估。以此提高飞行安全与维护效率,解决现有故障诊断流程中存在的模糊性和低效性,为飞机维护提供科学参考。The phenomenon of blade difference in the trailing edge flaps of the 737NG aircraft seriously affects flight safety and maneuverability.In response to the frequent occurrence of blade difference faults in the trailing edge flaps of the 737NG aircraft,by deeply analyzing the three major sources of faults:mechanical components,hydraulic systems,and electronic controls.The system explores fault diagnosis methods,including appearance,hydraulic,and electronic system detection and comprehensive evaluation.This aims to improve flight safety and maintenance efficiency,solve the ambiguity and inefficiency in the existing fault diagnosis process,and provide scientific reference for aircraft maintenance.
