摘 要:本文研究了三种典型结构的丝袜在不同外力作用下的显微结构和衍射图案,希望为光子晶体结构色织物的研究提供参考。基于实验结果建立了三种复杂结构模型,本文从理论上推出其衍射光强表达式,并利用软件编程仿真了衍射图案。研究发现:(1)包芯丝短袜的网格结构可以视为大、小圆孔周期性排列的复杂结构;天鹅绒短袜的网格结构可以视为大、小矩型孔周期性排列的复杂结构;水晶丝长袜的网格结构可以视为三角孔和小矩孔周期排列的复杂结构。(2)当丝袜均匀受力时,在力比较小的情况下,只改变孔径的大小,对孔的形状和衍射图案的形状没有太大影响;对织构松散的水晶丝长袜来说,力较大时对孔的大小和孔的形状都有较大的影响。(3)仿真结果和实验结果吻合较好。本研究对织物组织结构对织物结构色的影响以及织物自身结构色的研究有一定参考价值。The microstructures and diffraction patterns of three typical kinds of silk stockings under different external forces were studied in order to provide reference for the study of photonic crystal structure color fabric.Based on the experimental results,three kinds of complex structure models are established,the diffraction intensity expressions are deduced theoretically,and the diffraction patterns are simulated by software.The results show that:(1)the mesh structure of core silk socks can be regarded as a complex structure with large and small circular holes arranged periodically.The mesh structure of velvet socks can be regarded as a complex structure with large and small rectangular holes arranged periodically.The mesh structure of crystal silk stockings can be regarded as a complex structure with periodic arrangement of triangular holes and small rectangular holes.(2)When the stockings are evenly stressed,in the case of relatively small force,only the size of the aperture is changed and the shape of the holes and the shape of the diffraction pattern are not much affected.For the crys-tal silk stockings with loose texture,the larger force has a greater influence on the size and shape of the holes.(3)The simulation results agree well with the experimental results.This study has some reference value for the study of the influence of fabric structure on fabric structural color and fabric self-structure structural color.
