摘　　要：目的:探讨碘佛醇引起迟发型严重药疹、视物模糊的危险因素及防治,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集分析1例患者因使用碘佛醇发生迟发型药疹及视物模糊的临床资料,以探讨该病的治疗及预防。结果:患者经过糖皮质激素及抗组胺药物治疗后,皮疹及视力好转。结论:不可忽视碘对比剂迟发型过敏的发生,临床药师需对患者进行药学监护以及用药教育,以保障患者生命安全。Objective:To explore the risk factors,prevention and treatment of delayed severe drug eruption and blurred vision caused by ioversol injection,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The clinical data of a patient with delayed drug eruption and blurred vision due to the use of ioversol injection were collected and analyzed to explore the treatment and prevention of the disease.Results:After treatment with glucocorticoids and antihistamines,the skin rash and vision of the patients improved.Conclusion:The occurrence of delayed hypersensitivity to iodine contrast agents should not be ignored.Clinical pharmacists need pharmaceutical care and drug education to ensure the safety of patients.
