“总师育人文化”引领的光电类实践实训课程教学改革与实践

摘　　要：根据教育部组织实施的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”,结合我校“总师育人文化”引领的国防科技拔尖创新人才培养体系要求,本文从课程思政、国防教育、科研育人、产学育人等多方面介绍了西北工业大学光电信息科学与工程专业实践实训课程的教学模式探索与改革。实践表明,教学改革助推了国家和省级一流本科专业建设,培养了学生的爱国奉献精神和家国情怀,增强了学生的动手能力和创新意识,形成了“总师育人文化”引领的高素质人才培养新格局、科研育人的新时代创新型人才培养新模式、产教融合校企合作协同育人的人才培养新机制。同时,教学改革提升了学生的综合素质和培养质量,使学生具备了“专业精、系统强、重实践、能担当”的“总师”雏形特质。According to the“Outstanding Engineer Education and Training Program”organized and implemented by the Ministry of Education,combined with the requirements of the national defense science and technology top-notch innovative talent training system led by the“Chief Designer Education Culture”of our university,we have explored and reformed the teaching mode of the practical training courses for the major of optoelectronic information science and engineering in our university from various aspects,such as curriculum ideology and politics,national defense education,scientific research and industry-education integration.This has promoted the construction of national and provincial first-class undergraduate majors,cultivated studentsspirit of patriotism and dedication,and enhanced studentspractical abilities and innovative consciousness.It has formed a new pattern of high-quality talent training system led by the“Chief Designer Education Culture”,a new mode of cultivating innova-tive talents in the new era of scientific research and education,and a new mechanism for tal-ents training based on the integration of production and education with school-enterprise coop-eration.It has effectively improved studentscomprehensive qualities and the quality of train-ing.So that the students have certain embryonic characteristics of“Chief Designer”in“superb professional skills,strong systematic,emphasize practice,assume the responsibility”.
