摘  要:本文以研究生助教的视角,回顾了浙江大学竺可桢学院的一次由助教深度参与的大学物理基础课教学改革创新实践的全过程。先从助教自身学习经验和访谈讨论出发,阐述了大学物理基础课的特点与使命,提炼了本次教学改革的核心理念———“为学生终身成长奠基”;然后重点总结了此次担任“普通物理学I(H)”课程助教时所承担的三项主要工作的经验:作业题解与拓展材料的编制、课程小论文的安排、期中与期末试题的命制,展示如何将上述理念落实到课程教学的每个细节中。最后,基于上述经验,对大学物理基础课教学改革进行了进一步的探讨。This paper reviews an innovative teaching reform in the university foundational physics course at Zhejiang University's Chu Kochen Honors College,from the perspective of graduate teaching assistants who were deeply involved.It describes the course's characteristics and mission and derives the core philosophy of the reform as“laying the foundation for studentslifelong growth.”The paper focuses on three key tasks undertaken by teaching assistants in“General Physics I(H)”:compiling homework solutions and extended materials,organizing course projects,and formulating exam questions.These tasks demonstrate how the core philosophy was integrated into teaching practices.The paper concludes with reflections on further reforms in foundational physics courses based on these experiences.
