摘 要:本文对近年来组织传播学科的发展脉络和前沿议题进行系统性综述。文章梳理六大组织传播学主流理论视角和实证研究趋势,包括组织传播构成论、组织张力、批判性研究、去西方化理论建设以及多元实证研究范畴和方法等发展方向,并提出四个中国组织传播研究方向。组织传播学者可借鉴现有理论框架,着眼本土组织过程,致力于以理论发展为导向的实证研究,促进中国组织传播学长足发展。This paper reviews recent trends and developments in the field of organizational communication and proposes a research agenda for Chinese organizational communication research.Specifically,the paper introduced six prominent theoretical perspectives and research trends of the field,including the constitutive approach of communication,tension-centered perspectives,critical perspectives,non-western theorizing,an empirical focus on organizing process in a variety of contexts,and diversification of research methodologies.Furthermore,the paper proposes a research agenda for advancing Chinese organizational communication research.Future Chinese organizational communication research can expand its boundary to focus on a variety of organizing phenomena,connect with other communication subdisciplines,and develop theoretical insights grounded in the Chinese contexts and philosophies and informed by existing theoretical and methodological approaches.
