摘  要:强化科技成果的产业化属性,推进创新链和产业链双链融合是提升科技成果转化效率的重要途径。根据创新生态系统理论,可提出包含系统主体、系统环境、系统规则和系统目标的双链融合科技成果转化模型,进而分析科技成果转化模型的合作协同机制、资源配置机制、利益分配机制和评估反馈机制。根据系统主体重要性的不同,可提出主体主导型和双向融合型两类促进科技成果转化的路径,并详细分析各细分路径的主要特点和不足。Strengthening the industrialization attribute of scientific and technological achievements and promoting the integration of innovation chain and industrial chain are important ways to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation.According to the theory of innovation ecosystem,a dual chain fusion technology achievement transformation model can be proposed,which includes the system subject,system environment,system rules and system goals.Then,the cooperation and collaboration mechanism,resource allocation mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism and evaluation feedback mechanism of the technology achievement transformation model can be analyzed.According to the different importance of system entities,two paths of subject led and bidirectional fusion can be proposed to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the main characteristics and shortcomings of each sub path can be analyzed in detail.
