摘 要:某品牌的液压凿岩机用钎尾在钻孔4000 m后发生断裂。文中通过断口形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能和金相组织检测,对液压凿岩机用钎尾断裂原因进行分析。分析结果表明:钎尾材料具有较好的耐磨性和韧性,钎尾失效是由于表面腐蚀产生的蚀坑在螺旋线根部应力集中从而引起的疲劳断裂。材料中较多的硫化物夹杂也加速了钎尾疲劳断裂。为避免或延缓钎尾表面蚀坑的形成和疲劳断裂的产生,延长钎尾使用寿命,可以通过减少材料中S的含量、增加材料中Cr和Ni的含量、表面镀铬处理等进一步增强材料的耐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能。The shank adapter of hydraulic rock drill broke after drilling 4000 m.Failure analysis is conducted using fracture morphology observation,chemical composition,mechanical properties and microstructure analysis.The results show that the material of shank adapter has well wear resistance and toughness.The failure of the shank adapter is caused by fatigue fracture due to stress concentration at the root of the helix induced by surface corrosion pits.There are many sulfide inclusions in the material,which accelerates the fatigue fracture of the shank adapter.Reducing the content of S,increasing the content of Cr and Ni in the material and surface chromium plating treatment can further increase the corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of the material,avoid or delay the formation of corrosion pits on the surface of the shank adapter and fatigue fracture,and extend its service life.
