含有空心榫的盾构隧道环缝接头柔性特征研究

摘  要:柔性接头是盾构隧道适应断层错动的主要抗震设计方向之一。鉴于管片环缝柔性设计难题,文章提出一种含有空心榫的管片环缝结构。通过管片环缝局部原型试验、材料性能测试以及数值模拟,提出空心榫的本构模型以及损伤参数表达式,揭示含有空心榫管片环缝的柔性特征以及承载优势。研究结果表明:空心榫具有高强、高延性、均质且力学性能稳定的特点,其抗拉强度超过C50混凝土的60倍。管片环缝增加空心榫后,管片环缝能够承受的错台量达到规范限定值的1.6倍,同时螺栓内力(剪力和轴力)至少降低88%,螺栓塑性区体积至少降低47.2%,混凝土塑性区体积至少降低17%,混凝土最大拉伸损伤范围减小42.8%。空心榫增强管片环缝错动能力的同时,对螺栓和管片也具有一定保护作用。研究成果为盾构隧道的柔性接头设计提供理论依据,支撑隧道接缝柔性设计理论的发展。Flexible joint is one of the main seismic design aspects for adaption of shield tunnels to fault movement.In view of the difficulty in flexible design of segmental ring joint,a new segment structure with hollow tenons is proposed in this work.Based on local prototype experiment of the segmental ring joint,material tests of specimens and numerical simulations,a constitutive model and a damage parameter expression for the hollow tenon were proposed to reveal the flexible characteristics and load-bearing capacities of the segmental ring joints.The research results indicate that the hollow tenon have the characteristics of high strength,high ductility,homogeneity and stable mechanical properties,so that its tensile strength may exceed 60 times that of C50 concrete.After installing the hollow tenon to the segmental ring joint,the dislocation that the segmental ring joint can withstand reaches 1.6 times the specified limit value.Meanwhile,the internal forces of the bolt(shear and axial force)is reduced by at least 88%,the volume of the plastic zone of the bolt is reduced by at least 47.2%,the volume of the plastic zone of the concrete is reduced by at least 17%,and the tensile damage range of the concrete is reduced by 42.8%.The hollow tenon not only enhances the dislocation ability of the segmental ring joint,but also has a certain protection on bolts and lining segments.The research results can be theoretically referred to by the design of flexible joint in shield tunnels and the development of flexible design theory for tunnels.
